Cancellation Policy:

Upon written notice of conference pass cancellation, through March 19, 2012, registration fees will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. After March 19, 2012, no refunds will be issued. All credit card refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to register. Special Event Admission is non-refundable. Click here to notify of cancellation.

Substitution Policy:

Substitution of attendees will be granted only upon written notice until April 13, 2012. Click here to notify of substitution.
